    If you have any questions please email us or call us on 0208 571 9595, we are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and closed on public holidays.

    Please note we do not process orders over the weekend.

  • Payment

    You will be automatically redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction; you do not need an account to use PayPal. You will have the option to sign into your PayPal Account or simply use your credit or debit card, this option is usually visible underneath the sign in box.

    Once your transaction is complete, we will confirm your order by email, if you do not receive an email please do contact us.

  • Delivery

    Subject to availability orders are usually shipped within 4 working days. If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted with 24 hours and an estimated delivery date provided.

    You will receive an email once you have placed your order, please contact us immediately if there is an issue.

    Once an item has been shipped you will receive an email notification.

    All items are posted first class via Royal Mail and standard delivery takes between 2 to 5 days approx. Delivery may also take longer during public holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, etc. We will do everything we can to ensure your items are delivered on time, but Southall Black Sisters cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

    We deliver to the UK, for international deliveries please contact us and we can discuss options with you. Please note that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs and duties.

  • Returns & Refunds

    If the item is damaged or not as per your order, please contact us immediately and we will arrange an exchange or refund. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, items must be returned in its original condition.

    Some reports are offered free of charge and the customer is asked to donate instead, unfortunately, we cannot refund donations.

    We can not make process refunds for digital downloads.

  • Cancellations

    Cancellations will only be accepted if your order has not been shipped, so please do contact us immediately.

    We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

    Yes, you can collect your order from our office at Southall Black Sisters 21 Avenue Road, Southall, Middlesex UB1 3BL. Please select the appropriate option in the delivery cart.
